Headphone Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

For a chance to win one (1) AERIAL7 headphone product (the "Prize"), a total value of approximately $70-100, you must register your e-mail address for subscription to the AERIAL7 newsletter by 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday starting March 21, 2010 and continuing every week until the promotion is ended at AERIAL7's sole discretion. No purchase necessary. One entry per e-mail address for the duration of the contest. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors (including such persons' parents, spouses, children and siblings and members of the same household) of AERIAL7 Industries, Inc. ("Sponsor") and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies (collectively the "Promotional Parties") are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

Sponsor will randomly select the names of the winners by the end of the day on each following Wednesday starting on March 24, 2010 and contiuning until the Wednesday following the end of the promotion. The winners will be notified via the email address provided in his/her AERIAL7 newsletter subscription. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the Prize will be delivered to the name and address that was provided with the entry. Sponsor may provide one or more of the Promotional Parties with the confirmed winner's name, address, and phone number for purposes of awarding the Giveaway. The winner has 7 calendar days to claim his or her prize. If no contact is established via e-mail with the winner during this time, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and randomly select another winner. Multiple entried made by the same individuals will be disqualified.

By entering, each entrant agrees to this Website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising in any way from the Giveaway and that all Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless all of the Promotional Parties, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, successors, assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and shareholders, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands, losses or liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may result, directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize or any part thereof. Except where legally prohibited, each winner grants to the Promotional Parties the right to use, reuse and license others to use his/her name, state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness, and any entry which has been submitted, for advertising, publicity, promotion and/or disclosure purposes in all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation. Any and all taxes on all prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign liability release forms and provide proof of eligibility prior to receiving the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late or illegible entries, entries that do not comply with the Official Rules and/or technical failures or problems of any kind. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to Prize sustained during shipping or product defects of any kind. In the event the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar type and value. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local laws apply. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
