Once your order is placed, your headphones will be packed into a suitable package and shipped directly to you. We ship through FedEx.

AERIAL7 ships almost anywhere in the world. Simply shop the website and add the items that you like to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, click the checkout button from your shopping cart and follow the prompts. AERIAL7 will charge you for product and shipping charges during checkout, and you will be responsible for paying taxes and duties to Customs at the time of delivery.


Since our Main Office is located in Los Angeles, CA, and your credit card will be charged by AERIAL7, all in compliance with USA government tax laws, AERIAL7 charges sales tax for orders placed and/or shipped within the California State.

AERIAL7 Warranty

AERIAL7 products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the same model originally purchased.

To apply for this benefit you should contact AERIAL7 Customer Care Department. Just send an e-mail to customercare@aerial7.com to become acquainted with the specific details. The AERIAL7 product purchase must be legitimated by an order number and an invoice.


These policies apply to AERIAL7 headphones purchased through www.aerial7.com only. Unopened or defective merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days from date of purchase. A full refund for the price paid, less shipping, will be issued on the original form of payment once the item has been received back.

  1. Locate your aerial7.com paperwork and be sure to put it inside the box with your return merchandise. If you can't find your paperwork, print out a copy of your aerial7.com order confirmation and it will work just as well.
  2. Package your return items and aerial7.com paperwork together and mail back to this address:

  3. You may use any shipper you like to get the merchandise back here to us, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.
  4. Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, in the original, unopened packaging. Items that appear to be opened or used are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Important note for international customers: AERIAL7 is not responsible for additional local importat taxes or customs charges. Refunds will NOT be issued if customer refuses shipment due to local taxes and/or handling fees.


AERIAL7 does not process exchanges. All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds.

If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise that you'd like to purchase.
